Cheeseburger Cups
So guys, I tried this recipe recently..and believe me when I tell you that its simply [A.M.A.Z.I.N.G]!!
Its quite easy to make and it doesn't take long to cook either.

Ingredients:
- Short Crust pastry
- 1 pound (or 450g) of beef
- 1/2 cup of Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 8 Small slices of cheese
- Toppings of your choice (Optional)
Method:
- Crumble and cook the beef in a skillet and drain.
- Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and brown sugar.
- Greese a muffin tin with some oil or oil spray and line 8 cups with the pastry
- Divide Meat Mixture between the 8 cups and bake at 204°C or 400°F for 10 or 15minutes until the pastry becomes golden brown
- Top with cheese and other toppings if choosing to add them and bake an additional 5 more minutes
Ready to serve and Enjoy :)!
P.S: Personally in my opinion, I prefer to use puffpastry as I like the fact that it tastes so much better! Also I use Dijon Mustard and reduce the amount of sugar by half (I only use 1 Tablespoon) - but thats just me!
