Fast Spaghettini Dish

                                                        Fried Spaghetti

Hi guys :) this week has been a very hectic week for me and hence I've been cooking some fast dishes in order to save time and maybe have some minutes of extra sleep.

One of the weekday dishes that I made was this EASY Pasta dish with some leftover spaghetti that I had!
Its quite easy and tastes as good as if you spent enough time to cook a normal main dish! Oh and it only takes a few minutes to cook !

Ingredients:

• Leftover Spaghettini or spaghetti
• 2 Eggs (depends on the quantity of spaghetti)
• Grated Cheese
• Bacon / Ham (or both)
• Sliced Mushrooms (Optional)
• Basil
• Mixed Herbs (Italian)
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oil for frying

Method:

• In a bowl put the left over spaghetti and combine with the eggs. Make sure that the whole spaghetti is covered and not too dry
• Put the rest of the ingredients and stir until well combined
• In a frying pan, heat up some oil and when hot put the spaghetti mixture
• After a few minutes when you see the bottom is getting golden, just flip over so as the other side gets fried too
• When both sides are well fried, switch off the stove and serve

Easy right? :)

                                    Cheeseburger Cups

Ingredients and Method is going to be listed here and who tried them please DO GET BACK and leave your review! :)

Would love comments and/or suggestions!

Ingredients:

  • Short Crust pastry
  • 1 pound (or 450g) of beef
  • 1/2 cup of Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 8 Small slices of cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (Optional)
Method:

  • Crumble and cook the beef in a skillet and drain.
  • Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and brown sugar.
  • Greese a muffin tin with some oil or oil spray and line 8 cups with the pastry
  • Divide Meat Mixture between the 8 cups and bake at 204°C or 400°F for 10 or 15minutes until the pastry becomes golden brown
  • Top with cheese and other toppings if choosing to add them and bake an additional 5 more minutes
Ready to serve and Enjoy :)!

P.S: Personally in my opinion, I prefer to use puffpastry as I like the fact that it tastes so much better! Also I use Dijon Mustard and reduce the amount of sugar by half (I only use 1 Tablespoon) - but thats just me!

I would like to hear your thoughts about this and keep tuned for more recipes!
