Easy Peanut Butter Dog Treat
Hello Everyone :) So today's recipe is not a recipe for us but for our lovely furry Dog Friends ! Its a recipe that I came across online but its still a good reference if someone wants to give a Homemade treat for their beloved dog!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups wholemeal flour or as much as its needed
- 1 cup oats
- 1/3 cup of smooth peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cup of hot water
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Mix the flour and the oats together
- Add the peanut butter and the water to the dry mixture and stir till combined
- Knead the dough well, and roll out till its half a centimeter thick
- Cut shapes with a cookie cutter and place on a greased baking tray
- Bake for 40 minutes or until it turns golden in colour
- Let treats cool completely before giving them to your pet
Tip:
If dough is too sticky, add some more flour or if it becomes too dry add a little water.
